Durlon 9000
Companies such as Dow, Hoffman La Roche, and Formosa Plastics have approved 9000 as an equal to G's Gylon 3500, 3504, and 3510 - Yes - all three can be substituted by Durlon 9000 provided that hydrofloric acid is not present.

        Applications:

           Durlon® 9000 gasket material is designed for use in  process piping and equipment in  chemical,  food  and beverage,  pulp and paper,and other general industrial applications where  resistance to high aggressive chemicals is required.

     Temperature range: -350° F to 500° F
     Pressure:  up to 1200 psi.(8.3 MPa)

        Durlon® 9000 is made of pure PTFE resin combined with inorganic fillers.  Those fillers are evenly dispersed throughout the compound. This unique formulation results in a
 dimensionally stable product under compression load. Durlon® 9000 does not exhibit the
 cold flow problems associated with virgin PTFE yet retains its excellent resistance to
 aggressive chemicals, its desirable "non-sticking" characteristics and its ease of cutting.

    Available in Cut Gaskets or in Sheet Sizes 60" x 60" x 1/32, 1/16, 1/8"
